Explore authors, with WorldCat Identities
Now you can see all kinds of information about authors, fictional characters, historical figures and more, through a service (still in beta) called WorldCat Identities. WorldCat Identities show you all the works associated with an identity (such as William Shakespeare), plus timelines, cover art, related characters, audience level indications and more. It's a fun way to learn more about your favorite authors and characters.
Here's the Identity page for a former WCC librarian turned full-time author, Jo Dereske. And here is the Identity page for Sherman Alexie, our Whatcom Reads author for 2009.
