The Library at WCC exists to:

• Support the instructional program of Whatcom Community College and the research needs of WCC faculty, students and staff.

• Provide information resources to foster student success in college as demonstrated by assessable abilities or outcomes.

• Offer instruction in the use of library resources.

• Encourage lifelong learning and appreciation of knowledge communication, critical thinking, global understanding, and diversity by providing resources on a wide range of subjects, reflecting a variety of viewpoints and approaches to learning to the diverse college community.
